Scholarship Related Instructions

    (1) Types Of Scholarship
Gen. SC. & ST. Category – By Social Welfare Deptt. U.P.
Other Backward Caste – OBC Welfare Deptt. U.P.
Gen. Minority – Minority Welfare Deptt. U.P.
All. Minority – Govt. Of India
Students Welfare Fund – Deptt. of Higher Education U.P.
    (2) Note
Students can avail only one scholarship at a time.
Student Welfare fund can be availed by only those students who have scored 55% marks in intermediate or equivalent examination.
As per govt. only those student can benefit from scholarship scheme whose guardian’s annual income limit as following :-
   Gneral Category    Upto Rs. 200000/-    Upto Rs. 200000/-
   OBC    Upto Rs. 200000/-    Upto Rs. 200000/-
   SC    Upto Rs. 200000/-    Upto Rs. 200000/-
   ST    Upto Rs. 200000/-    Upto Rs. 200000/-

     (3) Certficate required to be attached with Schlorarship Form
Two Passport size photo.
Junior High School, High School, Intermediate Examination passed self attested marksheet & certificates.
Income Certificate (Original Copy)
Domicile Certificte (Photocopy)
Caste Certificate (only for SC/ST & OBC students)
Student bank passbook photocopy (account should be in lucknow district only)
If student have gap in their education. They must attach as Rs 10 Stamp paper mentioning the reason for gap addressed to the principal.
Students must submit scholarship form at the time of admission.
Incomplete form will not be accepted.
College will not responsible if scholarship of any student is rejected due to false information or delay in form submission.
     (4) Important Information
This Information is for guidance of students & parents. This information has Admission, Scholarship & Examination related instructions according to CBSE Board/U.P. Board & as per Govt. regulation.
Admission will be based on marks in qualifying for equivalent exam.
Admission Form is available in college office on working days from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Admission form send through post will not be accepted.
If students want to apply for reservation then he should fill the reservation related details given in admission form and attached a photocopy of related certificate. After submitting admission form no changes are allowed.
It is responsibility of students to be updated regarding college policies & procedure. College is not bound to communicate the same at their address.
Selected candidate must submit total fee at the time of admission . if till due date student is unable to submit his/her fee than next student from the merit list will be selected for admission.
Studentmust submit their High School & Intermediate Marksheet, Transfer Certificate (TC), Character Certificate and 3 passport size photo in the office.
After verification of all certificates candidate should deposit the college fee.
Students will get ID Card, Library Card after verification of their fee reciept.
Any type of fee is notdeposited is not returned under any circumstances.
Students must read notice board daily.
According to UP Govt. Policy,student should have 75 % attendance in the class. Students having less than 75% attendance are not eligible for the examinationor any scholarship.
Working students must be submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by their office and attach it with the application form.
If State Govt./Directorate/Board increases any fee, than student will have to deposite increase amount.
All students must submit board fee as per requirement otherwise they will not be allowed to appear in the examinations.
All students must submit their scholarship form along with application form in the office at the time of addmission.
All student must come in the uniform prescribed by college.
Candidate should immediately update the college in case of change in address or phone no.
Students must provide the contact no. of their guardian.
